Will the caller know they're talking to an AI?

The voice is human-sounding and named after your choice. If a caller asks, Talkcounter says so plainly and offers to transfer to a real person on staff.

What happens if it can't handle a request?

Anything outside the menu or beyond ordering and reservations is transferred to the number you set. The caller is never stuck.

How long does setup take?

Do you keep the call recordings?
